👩‍⚕️ What’s new on the Portal? 2.2.1

We've been busy making some big improvements to the platform! This series of updates is focused on giving you powerful new ways to manage your work, brand new features to enhance your programs, and a host of user experience upgrades to make the platform even easier to use.

✨ New Features

Bulk Actions are Here! - To help you work more efficiently, we've introduced the ability to perform actions on multiple items at once. You can now bulk publish Journeys and Content, bulk complete or dismiss Tasks, and perform bulk actions on Health Measures and Cards.
Health Measures - A brand new way to track participant data and outcomes. You can now configure, enter data for, and display various health metrics for your participants. Check out our full docs for details Activities & Questions
Unread Messages Page - Never miss an important message again! We've added a dedicated page that consolidates all of your unread chat messages in one convenient place.
Automatic Journey Starts - You can now configure Journeys to start automatically for participants, streamlining the onboarding process.
Participant External ID - We've added the ability to include an external ID for participants, making it easier to integrate and cross-reference with other systems.

🚀 Improvements

Massive Permissions Overhaul - We've improved our permissions system (Role-Based Access Control). This gives you finer control over what different types of users can see and do within the platform.
Inline Creation - You can now create new Tags, Groups, Content Types, and Task Types "inline" without leaving the page you're on, saving you time and clicks.
UI & Workflow Enhancements:
- Tasks & Filters: Updated the display of tasks and fixed filter labels for better clarity.
- Chat Sessions: Updated chat session labels to be more intuitive.
- Webhook Management: The UI for managing webhooks has been improved.
- Clearer Labels: We've updated helper texts and data format labels across the platform to be more descriptive.
- Card Editor: Scoring has been added to the card editor.
Login mfa - The login process has been updated to ensure multi-factor authentication works correctly
Coach Deletion - Added the ability for coaches to be deleted from the system.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Content Creation: Fixed an issue where creating an external link could incorrectly turn it into a content card.
Health Measures: Corrected a problem with how some health measure data was formatted and resolved an issue with undefined reported values.
General Fixes: Addressed spelling mistakes and other minor issues to improve the overall platform experience.

📱 Updates to the Mobile App! 1.13.2 (280)

We've released several updates to the mobile app, bringing new ways to visualize your data, a more polished user experience, and important bug fixes.

✨ New Features

Health Measure Charts - You can now view your health measure data in chart format, making it easier to see your progress and trends over time.
Local Authentication - For enhanced security, we've added the ability to set up local authentication on your device when using the app.

🚀 Improvements

More Compact Home Screen - Completed cards now shrink to take up less space, letting you see more on your screen at once.
More Compact Progress Screen - Completed activities with multiple questions now only display two of the questions on the main progress screen, letting you see more on your screen at once.
Better Notifications - We've replaced some full-screen dialogs with less intrusive "snackbar" notifications at the top of the screen.
Improved Onboarding - A new disclaimer can now be shown on app start, and a special dialog will appear for first-time users to improve the initial experience.
Better Response Experience - For questions with only one possible answer, the "Done" button is now hidden to streamline the process.
Configurable Home Screen - We've made elements on the home screen, such as the footer text, configurable to better suit program needs.
UI Updates - The button on the symptom tracker has been updated for clarity, and we've updated links to our sensor documentation.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Charting Fixes:
- We fixed an issue that was preventing the scores chart from appearing on categorical cards.
- We resolved a bug that affected how blood pressure values were displayed in charts.
Scrolling & Display:
- Fixed a bug that caused scrolling issues on some pop-up content.
- Corrected the positioning of buttons on pop-up response windows.

🧑‍💻 Changes to the API! 1.37.11

Our backend team has been rolling out significant updates to make the platform more powerful, reliable, and intelligent. These changes expand what's possible within your programs and improve the speed and accuracy of core features.

✨ New Features

Webhook Delivery Service - The platform can now send real-time event notifications to your external systems, allowing for powerful new integrations.
Health Measure Reporting - We've added the core functionality for participants and coaches to report health measure data, along with the ability to undo a reported value if a mistake is made.
Advanced Journey Logic - Journeys are now more powerful than ever.
- Prerequisites: You can now set prerequisites for a journey, ensuring participants are only able to start if they meet specific criteria.
- 'SWITCH' Trigger: A powerful new trigger type is available to instantly switch a participant's state within a journey based on a given condition.
Configurable Notifications & Groups - You now have more control over key platform functions.
- Unread Message Notifications: You can now enable or disable the notifications for unread messages.
- Auto-Assigned Groups: We've added a feature to turn the auto-assigned shared group on or off.
Content in Activities - It is now possible to include Content directly within the measure of an activity type, allowing for richer and more engaging activities.
Embeddable Cards (Beta) - A new way to fetch cards is available for embedding them into external applications or websites.

🚀 Improvements

Smarter & Faster Search - We've significantly improved the platform's full-text search to provide better results, especially when using special characters. Search for Health Measures, Roles, and Programmes has also been enhanced.
Participant External ID - We've made it easier to update a participant's external ID, improving your ability to connect data across different systems.
More Flexible Content Updates - When you update a piece of content, the system can now update both its settings (meta) and its body at the same time.
Better Health Measure Data - The platform now does a better job of fetching the latest, most up-to-date health measure data for a participant. We also added more advanced ways to aggregate this data for analysis.
Admin Permissions - The "Admin" role now has permission to manage Webhooks by default.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Journeys: Fixed an issue where journey start signals were case-sensitive, making them more reliable.
Content & Activities: Resolved bugs where content versions were not saving correctly and where assets were not appearing properly in activity cards. We also fixed an issue with saving external links.
Data & Syncing: Addressed several issues to ensure data integrity, including fixes for coach phone numbers not saving on registration and group IDs not syncing correctly.
Health Measures: Corrected a problem where measurement units were not showing up in certain views.
