FAQ

<aside> ❓ I work in a corporate office on the wifi, and I cant use the App to register myself as a participant If this problem occurs, its most likely that the APIs that power the app have not been whitelisted by the companies information security/networking team. This can be fixed by asking the network support team to whitelist the intervengine.io domain.

<aside> ❓ I have an iPhone, but can't figure out how to get it to share Apple Health data Go to Health > Sharing > Apps and Services > {Your App Name} and select which fields of data you want to share

<aside> ❓ I think I put in the wrong phone number when registering and now I can't login or complete registration As a coach, go into the portal, find the person's record, and either delete the record, or correct the person's phone number: Participants > Edit Then notify that participant to re-register

<aside> ❓ I can't register on the App

  1. Have they entered their phone number correctly? Sometimes people mistype and that causes the problem
  2. If they everything stacks up, then I would go and delete their record, and ask them to try again
  3. If that fails (and they still cant sign on) I would try and create the record for them, and ask them to sign in using their cell phone while we are on the phone together
  4. If that fails, submit a support requestΒ here </aside>

<aside> ❓ I cant find the App in the App Store

Ask them to check if their App store account is in the country in which they are currently located. Some people might belong to a UK App Store even though they are living in Australia now.
