Completing this form provides our team with all the necessary information to build and brand the first staging version of your app. This staging app is for you to test, review, and approve before we proceed with the final production setup.

This section covers the most basic identity of your app.
This is the official name of your application as it will appear on the app stores and within the app itself (e.g., "Intervenghine"). It must be unique.
Please upload your official app logo here in SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) format.
Define your app's brand identity by providing your specific brand colours. Please provide all values in a six-character hex code format (e.g., #1A2B3C).
This is your main brand colour. It is typically used for major interface elements like the app header and footer bars.
This colour is used to draw attention to key actions. It is typically used for primary buttons, such as "Submit" or "Continue".
This is an accent colour used for more subtle highlights. It is typically used for linked text, secondary buttons, or other minor interactive elements.
We can integrate your brand's unique typography into the app. Please provide direct URLs to your font files (e.g., from Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, or your own web server).
The font used for titles and major headings throughout the app.
The font used for standard paragraph text and descriptions.
These are the first three screens a new user sees before they sign in for the first time. They are a great way to introduce the value of your app.

Please upload the image you want to use for your splash screen. This is often a simplified version of your logo on a solid colour background. PNG format is preferred.
This section defines how new users can join and sign in to your app.
Choose how users can create an account:
Choose which method(s) participants can use to sign in:
Select the default country code that will appear when users are asked for their mobile number.
Configure the specific information you want to collect from participants when they create their account.
Select all the data fields you require participants to provide during sign-up.
Select all the gender options you wish to display to your participants. This allows you to customize the list to be most appropriate for your user base.
These settings control the user experience on the app's main home screen.
Choose how the feed of Cards on the home screen is sorted.
Choose Yes if you want participants to be able to dismiss cards from their feed.
Choose Yes if you want the list of assigned Health Measures to be visible on the home screen.
