Each Card in the Card feed is distinct, and can have many different appearances and attachments.
Cards can be either prescribed manually by coaches from the Participant Dashboard, or automatically via Journeys
The Card Type defines if the card should present Content or Activities

The Asset of the Card an optional field that can help draw your Participants into the Card, and add more context to the card for the Participant
When creating a card, you often want to create a card that fits the App space perfectly (so as to have the image bleed to the sides perfectly). There are two ways to achieve that:
The optimal resolution is at least 500px wide, though up to 1200px wide still works quickly enough, and resolves well on modern phones.

The Name of the Card is what is shown to the users as the primary text

The Name is also what you will be using to search on in order to find cards when you want to attach them in Journeys or prescribe them manually
It is a good idea to keep the name of the cards short and to the point as shorter Names present well on cards on a wide range of different devices
The Description of a card is used as secondary text under the Name.
This can help give your Participants more context as to why they should interact with the card
