It's suitable for anyone that wants to exercise more. From people who can barely walk to the gate, to those moving lots already.

No - anyone can use this Journey, even those that have experienced a cardiac event

🔍 How it works

Originally developed as HEART for CVD, with a focus on cardiovascular health, the intervention seeks to support people to engage in graded exercise. The Intervention starts by getting participants to commit to 3 walks per week. There is a graded increase in walking over the course of 20 weeks to 6 walks per week, at 35-50 mins duration per walk at the end of the program.

The intervention can be tailored for those with or without CVD. The intervention offers 3 levels: low, medium and high, depending upon baseline fitness level.

The intervention was originally designed for SMS delivery, and has been adapted for in App delivery. The intervention includes:
