Journey is designed to help people establish a healthy relationship to food, maintain a healthy diet, and engage in behaviours designed to enhance wellness.
Nourish does not present any diets, nor focus on significant health literacy. It has been built to help people establish a healthy mindset to eating, and equip people with the skills and self-reflection to better understand and modify their eating behaviours.
Nourish was co-developed by Emily McRae, Clinical Psychologist and Health Psychologist with a specialty in Bariatric Care, and Olivia Dixon, to support patients in clinical practice.
