💡 Rationale
Sleep hygiene is well understood, and can be communicated in simple practical manner using SleepFit. It comprises:
- Simple psychoeducation
- Reflections on current behaviours
- Setting up cues for new and improved behaviours
SleepFit takes a behavioural as well as education approach to sleep hygiene.
