The Journeys focus on preventive health behaviours using language and cultural references that are suitable for MΔori and Pacifika New Zealanders.

The interventions are primarily health literacy, and use engaging quizzes as means to test health literacy. Using imagery reflecting New Zealand people and landscapes, these Journeys resonate with the lived experience of NZers.
This Journey has been developed by NIHI, Population Health Group, University of Auckland School of Medicine. The work was led by Senior Research fellow Dr Rosie Dobson.
