The Journeys focus on preventive health behaviours using language and cultural references that are suitable for Māori and Pacifika New Zealanders.

Embracing the Te Whare Tapa Wha model, these Journeys cover the basics of:

The interventions are primarily health literacy, and use engaging quizzes as means to test health literacy. Using imagery reflecting New Zealand people and landscapes, these Journeys resonate with the lived experience of NZers.
